Providing access to skills and employment in Azerbaijan

Project encompasses to develop new training programmes on pasta production, e-commerce, and Production, Quality Management and Supply Chain for Avrora in collaboration with local TVET institution, training of trainers and capacity building for local staff, and implementation support for the successful introduction of such trainings and the development of an e-learning platform.

Also, Sustainera revises policies and practices across the client’s operations and identify the client’s specific needs, constraints, and modalities for accessing equal opportunities in the workplace to be reflected in an Equal Opportunities Action Plan (EOAP) to be adopted by the client to guide its operations. Through this assignment, the Bank will assist the client to improve its competitiveness by adopting policies and operating practices that enhance young women and men’s access to economic opportunities where the company operates.
