Monitoring & Evaluation Support to PAS Programs

We continuously support US Embassy’s programs under the Public Affairs Section (PAS) in developing MEL systems for their Community Based Initiatives, English Language Programs, Journalism. Our services include the programmatic analysis, needs assessment, advisory services, data collection and analysis, capacity development of the program managers. The second year of the project is completed, and one of the outcomes of it is to improve the youth and civil society initiatives and develop their capacities to contribute to the grassroots developments in Azerbaijan. We’re happy to be part of this contribution.
