Capacity needs assessment for the development of CCA related University Specialized Diplomas and Certificates

The project set out to investigate the potential of Azerbaijan, by assessing capacity needs for decision-makers and technical experts under the national adaptation plan (NAP) project, revising all specialized education courses, training and certification programmes offered by higher education facilities in Azerbaijan on environmental management and CCA through participation survey and interviews to identify existing capacities and needs of the education facilities offering courses, training, and certification programmes on CCA.
