The evaluation process assessed program against the criteria of relevance and effectiveness. It also provided an understanding of whether the program has contributed to further improving access to English Language, resources, technical expertise, and beyond on related activities.

Sustainera is implementing the "Providing access to skills and employment in Azerbaijan" project funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Beneficiary of the project is Avrora.

The project conducted a capacity needs assessment for future development of Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) related specialized diploma and certification programs at Azerbaijani universities.

Assignment consisted of needs assessment, design of a training programme based on needs, conducting training course and follow-up consultancy. Training programme designed by Sustainera covered the whole project management cycle, based on the Results Based Management/Monitoring approaches. It also covered the Results Model, Stakeholder engagement, Logical Framework Results Matrix tool and most importantly, development of a monitoring and evaluation mechanisms

Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Partnership and Liaison office in Azerbaijan is implementing a project on the Improvement of Cattle Production in Azerbaijan through Establishment of Effective Cattle Breeding and Feeding Systems.

Under the commission of EU and Coordination of the UNDP, Sustainera experts assisted Azerbaijani government to develop a comprehensive medium- and long-term greenhouse gas emissions reduction strategy (LEDS Azerbaijan), as a follow up to the National Communication 4, to determine the optimal mitigation options under various economic situations.

A major service direction of Sustainera is Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems of nonprofit and for-profit projects and programs, including in the field of international development.
